How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Disabilityconversion Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can reach out about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Disabilityconversion Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Disabilityconversion Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.
What to Send Us
Email contact@disabilityconversion.lat and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
First, we confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not solve things, reply and ask us to review it again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
